Aufgaben

• Manage multiple ground-up restaurant construction projects simultaneously across the southeastern corridor.
• Oversee site development, permitting, and pre-construction through final turnover.
• Ensure projects are on schedule, in budget, and meet plans and specs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and resolve delays.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, developers, vendors, and ownership teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Maintain proactive client communication with regular project updates.
• Resolve field issues quickly to minimize schedule impacts.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional execution.
