Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager with a proven track record in ground-up restaurant and retail builds. You will manage multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality meet exacting standards.

Based in Reston, VA with hybrid work flexibility, you will lead site visits, coordinate contractors and vendors, review blueprints, enforce safety and building codes, and keep stakeholders aligned through regular meetings.

Qualifications

• Seasoned project manager with a focus on restaurant/retail construction.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and budgeting tools.
• Excellent communication across contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specs.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant/retail projects, tracking schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to stay within budget.
• Review blueprints and architectural designs; execute the project vision.
• Identify risks and mitigate delays using standard industry software.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to align on progress and decisions.
