Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Project Manager Level 3 to lead large, cross-functional initiatives in our Global Operations Group. You will drive end-to-end projects from initiation to delivery, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will mentor junior managers, manage risk, and foster continuous improvement, shaping our most critical initiatives while communicating clearly with stakeholders. This role offers hybrid work in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 years of experience or Master's with 3 years of experience.
• Progressive project management experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• PM certifications such as PMP or PgMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop, monitor, and report on timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration and remove obstacles to progress.
• Identify and manage project risks with proactive mitigation strategies.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members.
