• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead high visibility cross functional problem solving initiatives.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for complex problems.
• Apply structured methodologies such as 8D, Six Sigma and quality tools.
• Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, customer quality, and corporate teams.
• Coach teams on selecting and using the right problem-solving tools.
• Ensure sustainable CAPA and present findings to senior leadership.
• Provide actionable insights for management through data collection and analysis.
• Develop clear communications for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure execution, manage risks, and safeguard project schedules and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes.
• Manage change for projects and ensure proper project closure.
