Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead a multi-year, outcome-based partnership aimed at increasing wafer output across customer sites. You will act as the single Lam owner, drive execution, coordinate resources, conduct technical reviews, and validate results while aligning with regional managers for consistent delivery.

Key duties include governance through monthly reviews, overseeing scheduling and budgets, and coordinating with sales and CSBG on commercial aspects.

Qualifications

• Leads people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of internal products or administrative systems.
• Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets.
• Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide program oversight, governance, and customer interface through monthly reviews and quarterly executive check-ins.
• Maintain global tracking, ensuring clear ownership and deliverables while providing dotted-line guidance and direction to regional managers to ensure consistency.
• Establish the methodology for determining baseline performance including RPT and SDU, manage project scope and scope adjustments, and develop the expertise to define how value is calculated and validated.
• Working closely with CSBG to align on commercial billing and accountable for providing details on program performance.
