Lam Research is seeking a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate breakthroughs in support of strategic initiatives within the Global Products Group. You will lead cross-functional teams from initiation through delivery, owning schedules and budgets while driving measurable results.

The role emphasizes input from stakeholders, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement across multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or PhD with 5+ years’ experience.
• 8+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and demonstrating leadership and influence to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and optimization of technical product offerings, processes, or programs, developing project plans, aligning teams, managing risk, and driving projects through release.
• Take ownership and accountability for the success of projects and cross-functional teams to ensure schedules, performance metrics, and delivery meet business requirements on time and within budget.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver enhancements based on a changing technology landscape.
• Lead Continuous Improvement projects across the full lifecycle from inception to impactful results.
• Perform data collection and statistical analysis, and report results to inform program schedules and deliverables.
• Coach and train teams in process methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes and sustain long-term success.
• Deliver change management for programs that are sustainable.
