Lam Research in the California Bay Area is seeking an Order Fulfillment Program/Project Manager to lead global initiatives ensuring orders are configured, quoted, and ready for pre-slot milestones. You’ll work with Regional Sales Operations, Product Groups, NSR Engineering, and Order Fulfillment teams to drive on-time readiness and reduce lead-time surprises.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations/Engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in project or program management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Knowledge of SAP LPR, production planning, and order management.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a global order readiness and pre-slot milestone process.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Operations, Product Groups, NSR Engineering, and Order Fulfillment teams.
Resolve readiness issues impacting slotting schedules using Lam Mgmt System.
Create dashboards and reports to monitor milestones and risks.
Drive process improvements leveraging SAP and production planning tools.
