Exelon-backed ComEd seeks a Project Manager to drive complex multi-discipline projects (transmission, substation, distribution, gas, IT). You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure safe execution and alignment with corporate goals.

You will coordinate with sponsors and executives, mentor team members, and oversee resource allocation. This role requires robust PM experience, CAPM/PMP credentials, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 4-7 years project management experience, OR High School Diploma and 6-9 years PM experience
• CAPM certification or achieve CAPM within two years of entry (PMP will fulfill)
• Demonstrated success at managing projects
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader
• Strong independent judgment
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and access to automobile

Mansioni

• Overall project performance for large cross-functional programs including transmission, substation, distribution, gas, IT (25%).
• Manage costs, schedule and scope with recovery plans to stay within limits (20%).
• Coordinate requirements with external/internal stakeholders (15%).
• Communicate with sponsor and stakeholders at executive level (10%).
• Maintain good relations between project team, line managers, and interfacing orgs (10%).
• Coach and lead team members to complete tasks (10%).
