Irth Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple customer projects from initiation through implementation and closure, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.

You will coordinate resources, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and communicate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and customer-focused, capable of handling complex programs and navigating challenging situations with sound judgment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years managing customer-facing software implementation projects.
• Experience partnering with external customers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience handling escalations at executive levels.
• Understanding of project financials and margins.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience creating repeatable PM processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects to deploy Irth's platform for customers.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and success metrics.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues with mitigation plans.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, changes, and progress to customers and stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Manage customer expectations across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for implementation needs and issues.
• Manage changes to scope, schedules, and costs using change-control practices.
• Ensure SOPs and client-facing documentation are current and aligned with objectives.
• Provide timely, professional communication following SOPs.
• Track outcomes, including ROI and customer success metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery and processes.
• Drive projects to successful completion while meeting business goals.
