Job summary

Irth Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the integrated asset integrity and risk platform program within the PMO. You will coordinate Product, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Infrastructure, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to drive on-time delivery and governance.

You will own the integrated plan, manage budget and risks, and produce executive updates, ensuring phase-gate readiness and alignment with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex software, technology, or data-platform programs.
• 3 years leading multi-workstream programs with executive visibility.
• End-to-end ownership of program schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Experience delivering programs in a regulated environment with audit trails and traceability.
• Strong experience running Agile delivery at scale with phase-gated executive governance.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain decision logs, risk/issue registers, and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive updates.
• Experience managing external customer, partner, or design-partner commitments.
• Cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Infrastructure, Commercial, and Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated master project plan across workstreams.
• Establish and manage phase-gate milestones, release dates, and critical-path activities.
• Lead the weekly delivery cadence with sprint and release checkpoints and cross-functional reviews.
• Maintain a single source of truth for program status, milestones, and delivery health.
• Coordinate phase-gate approvals with Executive Sponsor and ensure alignment.
