Irth Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations, translate client needs into system configurations, and train client teams for self-sufficiency. You will gather requirements, tailor configurations, and ensure successful delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project

Qualifications

• Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience directly with customers in software implementation or delivery roles.
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Configure software solutions to meet client requirements and provide training to develop client SMEs.
• Gather requirements, translate to system configurations, and document processes and flows.
• Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot implementation issues and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Maintain project status, communicate with stakeholders, and manage risks and issues.
• Support ongoing client adoption and drive continuous improvement of product utilization.
