Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects in Colorado. This role requires ownership from preconstruction through closeout, driving budgets, schedules, risk management, and client relations while upholding GTC's ownership culture.

You will direct project teams, coordinate with public-sector clients, and travel to active Front Range sites.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience leading complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of general contracting operations, cost controls, scheduling, procurement and change orders.
• Ability to relocate to Colorado and travel to Front Range project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop budgets, schedules, staffing plans and performance expectations.
• Manage financial forecasting, cost-to-complete and cash flow.
• Lead client communications, meetings and executive-level reporting.
• Mentor project team members and promote teamwork.
