Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to oversee large-scale projects from initiation to closure. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving successful commissioning and handover.

You will partner with site supervision and stakeholders to ensure profitability, risk control, and timely delivery, while maintaining strong client relationships and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades or ESS.
• Proven ability to follow repeatable processes and participate in CPI improvements.
• Experience driving and delivering waterfall schedules to fixed delivery dates.
• Client-facing role experience with professional demeanor.
• Strong technical abilities and quick learning of new technologies.
• Experience with Enterprise level clients.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies within a waterfall program.
• Solid PMP methodologies and best practices.
• Travel up to 25% of the time is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license in their state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project execution across ESS projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project baselines and schedules.
• Ensure systems are commissioned and ready for handover.
• Drive project turnover, training, and client service handoffs.
