Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Project Manager for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to drive scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction from Initiation through closing. You will coordinate with diverse internal and external teams, oversee budgets and deliverables, and maintain proactive client communications on complex security projects.

The role requires strong PM experience in commercial construction or ESS, PMP familiarity, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades or ESS.
• Strong technical abilities and the demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience in a client-facing role, with a pleasant professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of PMP methodologies and best practices.
• Travel up to 25% of the time is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Lead project communications, scheduling, and task management for ESS projects.
• Oversee budgets, scopes, and client satisfaction across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules and documentation; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop strong client relationships and ensure effective communications.
