Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Installation Superintendent – Electronic Security to oversee field installation teams on complex security projects. You will interpret drawings, coordinate with PMs and engineers, and ensure project milestones are met across multiple sites.

This role requires deep knowledge of access control and CCTV systems, with familiarity across Genetec, Lenel and other platforms. Travel to client sites is required as project demands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in field supervision on AV/security projects.
• Knowledge of access control and CCTV systems required.
• Lenel Certification preferred; other security platform experience welcomed.
• Experience with Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, and other systems is a plus.
• Ability to review drawings, BOMs and coordinate with PM and Design Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide single point of onsite contact to client.
• Coordinate with project management, field superintendents and sub-contractors.
• Review BOM at project start and determine materials needed.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure quality control per DIV28 specs.
• Mentor technicians and lead teams on complex installations.
