Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple critical electrical data center projects from initiation through closeout. You will work with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and clients to drive scope, schedule, and budget success.

Expect hands‑on team management, procurement oversight, and rigorous adherence to safety and quality standards. You will coordinate with electricians, technicians, and subcontractors, manage risk, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred).
• 5‑10+ proven years of recent experience as a Project Manager in electrical data center construction or large‑scale industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, change order requests, scheduling, take‑off meetings, and client communication.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards with NFPA 70E or OSHA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Build and lead project teams including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors; monitor performance.
• Coordinate and allocate materials, equipment, and personnel; manage procurement and vendors.
• Supervise project execution; monitor progress, budget, and timelines; address deviations.
• Handle project changes and communicate them to relevant parties.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and deliver regular progress reports.
