Job summary

Loenbro is currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team in San Antonio, TX. You will lead the successful execution of multiple electrical data center projects, working closely with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and customers to deliver results.

This exempt, full-time role requires 5+ years of PM experience in electrical construction, proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid and P6, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ proven years of recent experience as a Project Manager in the electrical data center construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools including but not limited to Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, change order requests, scheduling, take-off meetings, and client communication.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards with NFPA 70E or OSHA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop plans, schedules and budgets.
• Team Management: Build and lead project teams including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel; manage procurement and vendor relationships.
• Project Execution and Monitoring: Supervise execution; ensure safety and quality; monitor progress and communicate status.
