Job summary

Loenbro LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Electrical) to support Data Center Construction teams on project sites. This role ensures projects run smoothly and issues are resolved quickly, with direct reporting to the Project Manager.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, strong Excel and computer skills, and the ability to work in both field and office environments within a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel.
• Experience in the construction industry on large scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work both in field and office settings and an ability to work in a high production, fast moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily project diary and help establish project priorities.
• Daily timecard entry and approval.
• Track and record project costs, production quantities, yield statistics, and onsite inventory counts.
• Compile cycle times and production information and log this information for historical data.
• Gather pay item quantities and collect information on extra work items.
• Conduct timely billing and reporting to maximize profit margins and positive cash flow.
