Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field installation and supervise all electrical activities on projects. You will enforce safety protocols, manage schedules, and ensure proper turnover documentation for completed work.

The ideal candidate has extensive electrical trade experience, data center exposure, and proven leadership in coordinating multiple crews while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical trade experience; data center projects preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specs, and BIM models.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all project craft employees and field crews.
• Coordinate with project management to meet schedule and budget.
• Maintain and monitor 3-week look-ahead schedules with foremen.
• Procure materials and equipment; ensure QA/QC and safety compliance.
• Lead on-site safety audits and training; enforce policies and regulations.
• Manage field communications with clients, contractors, and team members.
