Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Temple, TX to lead the successful execution of electrical data center projects. You will work with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in electrical construction, knowledge of codes, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6. A BS in construction management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ proven years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, changes, scheduling, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, schedules, and budgets with clients and engineers.
• Lead project teams of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors to meet objectives.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors for timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, safety, quality, and costs; communicate status to stakeholders.
