Job summary

Rosendin is hiring a Senior Project Manager to direct the overall scope, schedule, and financial success of multiple electrical construction projects. You will lead Project Managers and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while developing new business opportunities with clients.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, collaboration across teams, and rigorous adherence to safety and quality standards. Travel and site work are expected as projects require on-site supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Strong leadership, business acumen and integrity.
• Understanding of project financials and forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise a staff of Project Managers and a Project Assistant; mentor as needed.
• Negotiate and oversee change orders; maintain project logs.
• Manage client and subcontractor relationships; represent the company in meetings.
• Prepare monthly costing reports; oversee project finances and billing.
