Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to lead construction, project management, and administration for major electrical projects. You will own budgets, schedules, and profitability while guiding teams, improving processes, and implementing corporate policies.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, client development skills, and a proactive leadership style to drive project success and shareholder value. Expect travel and active site involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, structural engineering or related field.
• PE license is a plus; experience in electrical construction is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to mentor and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all construction, project management, and project administration activities.
• Maintain budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve corporate goals.
• Manage client relations, subcontractors, and vendors with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.
• Lead project start-up meetings, coordinate strategic partner relationships, and ensure timely payments.
• Conduct monthly project reviews and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
