Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead project direction, scope, and financial outcomes for large projects.
• Establish objectives, policies, and performance standards per corporate guidelines.
• Negotiate and supervise all project change orders.
• Coordinate with client, A/E, and field leaders to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage contract finances.
• Develop new business opportunities and mentor junior staff.
