Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex electrical construction projects. You will mentor project assistants and junior PMs, set objectives and standards, and coordinate with clients and A/E teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You will manage change orders, track costs, and report progress monthly while pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a senior, field-facing role requiring up to 25% travel.

• Strong client and stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Effective communication with internal and external teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as a mentor to project assistants and junior PMs.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders with clients and subs.
• Loster primary liaison with client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Support construction activities with site team to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
