Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple electrical construction projects, oversee a team of PMs and drive on-schedule, on-budget delivery. You will steer client relations, risk management and change orders while maintaining rigorous reporting and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in electrical project management, a strong grasp of scheduling, budgeting, and field collaboration. Bachelor’s in a related field and PE is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects and project accountability for all aspects of delivery.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills for multiple project managers.
• Ability to forecast financials and manage project budgets and change orders.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Supervise staff and project managers to deliver on schedule and budget.
• Train and mentor project staff in company philosophy and systems.
• Negotiate and oversee change orders and project documentation.
• Maintain logs and tracking for progress and costs.
• Interface with client and design teams to facilitate construction activities.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage contract finances.
