Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex electrical construction projects. You will mentor junior PMs, establish objectives and standards, and manage change orders, client and A/E liaison, and budgeting. Travel up to 25% is required.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field, 8+ years of PM experience in electrical construction, and proficiency with MS Office, Oracle, and Accubid. A PE license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
• PE license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Project Assistants, PM I/II as an individual contributor.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Draft clear work statements for the field.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders on the project.
• Liaise with client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Support construction activities to ensure schedule and budget.
• Anticipate and prevent issues; implement corrective actions.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage contract finances.
• Develop new business opportunities.
