Job summary

Rosendin, a leading employee-owned electrical contractor, seeks a Project Manager III to lead complex projects with responsibility for direction, cost control, and on-time delivery. You will mentor junior PMs and coordinate with clients and A/E partners to ensure alignment with scope and budget.

This role requires 8+ years in electrical construction project management, a related degree, and a proven track record leading teams, managing change orders, and developing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods required
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Mentor Project Assistants and junior PMs as an experienced contributor.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards per corporate rules.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders on the project.
• Coordinate with primary client and A/E to facilitate construction activities and support on-site teams.
• Anticipate and prevent potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and contractors.
• Prepare monthly costing reports.
• Manage the financial aspects of contracts and progress billing.
• Develops new business opportunities.
