Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple electrical construction projects, lead a team of PMs, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery for clients. You will develop objectives, manage costs, and coordinate with customers and design professionals on complex builds.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and proven ability to forecast financial outcomes while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to forecast project finances.
• Excellent communication with clients and teams.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling and safety.
• Experience with change orders and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Supervise project managers and staff to implement plans.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders on the project.
• Maintain logs to track project progress.
• Liaise with client and A/E to facilitate activities.
• Monitor on-site construction to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
• Prepare monthly costing reports.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests.
