Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the overall direction, schedule, and financial outcomes for multiple electrical construction projects.

You will manage a team of project managers and assist in developing new business opportunities while delivering client value and project profitability. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, 10+ years of PM experience in electrical construction, and strong leadership, scheduling,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods required.
• Proven experience mentoring and managing others.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise a staff and/or two or more Project Managers in daily tasks.
• Train and supervise Project Managers in company philosophy and systems.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders on the project.
• Maintain logs required to track project progress.
• Interface with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company’s interest while maintaining client relations.
