Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, lead a team of PMs and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery for high-profile electrical construction work.

The role emphasizes client relationships, change management, and project profitability. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in construction or related field, 10+ years in project management, and strong knowledge of electrical systems, scheduling and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field preferred.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.
• Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience.
• Proven experience mentoring and managing others.
• Business development/heavy client interaction a plus.
• Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures.
• Professional conduct and appearance; safety protocols.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policies.
• Define work statements for the field.
• Supervise staff and project managers in daily tasks.
• Train and supervise project teams in company philosophy and systems.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders; manage project logs.
