Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Project Manager III - Distribution to lead the delivery of complex capital projects in a hybrid role based near Debary, FL. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder satisfaction while coordinating with executives and stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering/construction/business/PM or related discipline, 5–8 years of PM experience, and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Construction Management/Business/PM or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading capital projects valued >$10M.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex capital projects.
• Establish project execution strategies and delivery plans.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resources.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Direct change management and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee contractor and consultant performance.
• Facilitate executive reviews and governance meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Mentor junior PMs and coordinators.
• Support portfolio planning and prioritization.
