Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Project Manager II to independently manage capital projects through all phases. You will lead project teams, manage scope, schedule, budget and risk, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project management plans for regulator stations, HDD, and land rights.
• Lead project teams and coordinate activities across multiple functional groups.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and performance objectives.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Manage risks, opportunities and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Lead change management and project governance processes.
• Prepare forecasts and executive reporting packages.
• Coordinate contractor, consultant, and vendor activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
