Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Project Manager III to oversee delivery of complex, high-value capital projects. This hybrid role requires residence within commutable distance to Debary, Winter Haven, or surrounding FL areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• Experience leading projects valued over $10M.
• 5–8 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex capital projects (regulator stations, HDD, land rights).
• Establish project execution strategies and delivery plans.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resources.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Direct change management and issue resolution activities.
• Mentor junior project managers and coordinators.
