Job summary

Fidelity Information Services, LLC (FIS) is seeking a Project Manager Lead for a hybrid role with in-office and virtual days across multiple U.S. locations.

You will provide strategic leadership for large debit processing programs, card management platforms, onboarding projects, and operational transformation in a regulated, client-facing environment. You will partner with clients, product and technology teams, and third-party stakeholders to deliver complex onboarding and conversion programs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, business or equivalent.
• Typically 8+ years in the debit payments ecosystem, including processing and card lifecycle.
• Experience implementing or managing card management apps and client onboarding or migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale debit processing and card management projects end-to-end, aligning scope, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, product, technology, operations, and vendors for onboarding and conversions.
• Oversee implementation activities across the debit ecosystem: authorization, settlement, network, issuance, and related workflows.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, manage risks, dependencies, resources, and executive reporting.
• Mentor and train junior project managers and support staff.
