FIS is seeking a Project Manager Lead to provide strategic leadership for large, complex debit processing initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams across onboarding, product implementations, and operational transformation in a regulated client-facing environment.

Required: 8+ years in debit payments, PM expertise, and experience with card management applications. Hybrid work, with in-office days in Milwaukee and additional locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, MIS, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience within the debit payments ecosystem.
• Experience implementing or managing card management applications and client onboarding/conversions.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, risk management, budgets, and executive communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale debit processing and card management projects from initiation to implementation.
• Partner with clients, product teams, technology teams, operations, and third-party stakeholders for onboarding/conversions.
• Manage implementation activities across debit ecosystem including card management, processing, settlement, and network connectivity.
• Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.
