FIS in the United States is seeking a Project Manager Lead to drive large, complex initiatives across the debit payments ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional programs focused on debit processing platforms, card management applications, client onboarding, product implementations, and operational transformation in regulated, client-facing environments.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, business administration or equivalent.
• 8+ years in the debit payments ecosystem including processing and card lifecycle management.
• Experience leading onboarding, conversions, or platform migrations.
• Strong project management methodology knowledge and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead debit processing and card management projects from initiation to implementation.
• Partner with clients and product/tech teams to deliver onboarding and conversion programs.
• Oversee implementation across the debit ecosystem including card management, processing, and issuance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks and communicate with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers and support staff.
