• Experience in process optimization, change management, and agile software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead process redesign efforts for key products, mapping current state processes and recommending changes to reach target goals.
• Create change strategy frameworks to enable scalable adoption of new solutions.
• Partner with enterprise-wide teams to plan and execute new tools and processes for client management and solution development.
• Create artifacts and visual frameworks to bring software and agentic practices to life.
• Evaluate business case assumptions and determine measurement methodology.
