Job summary

FIS is seeking a Project Manager Lead within Technology Development Enablement to guide large, multifaceted technology initiatives. You will direct cross-functional teams through planning, execution, monitoring and closeout, aligning scope, schedules and budgets with strategic objectives.

You will provide governance, mentoring and practical support to project teams, enabling delivery of complex work with autonomy and strong decision-making. This role offers growth within a leading fintech.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Ability to translate scope, schedule, cost, risks into executable delivery plans.
• Experience in regulated financial technology or banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technology enablement programs with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Coordinate schedules, costs, dependencies, risks, and decisions across workstreams.
• Direct execution and corrective actions to align with timelines and budgets.
• Analyze complex project data to identify trends and risks for leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among business, product, engineering, operations, and vendors.
• Drive readiness through stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption planning.
