Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and risk management abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFIs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation across teams.
• Direct the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals and milestones.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
