Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a phase of a large, complex project or multiple large projects. You will be accountable for all aspects from proposal through profitable completion, with a strong emphasis on safety and client satisfaction.

The role requires reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work well in teams, making quick decisions. Focus areas include medium voltage duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with MV duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, or campus distribution systems for data centers.
• Experience with Project Management software such as Primavera or HCSS.
• Must possess a valid driver license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple large projects from proposal to profitable completion.
• Ensure safety performance and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Support data center and mission critical projects focusing on MV duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus distribution systems.
