Job summary

Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large, complex projects from proposal through profitable completion, with a strong focus on safety and reliability.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with clients to meet stringent schedules and budgets on MV duct banks, substation feeds, and campus distribution systems. The role requires self-motivation, outstanding written and spoken communication, and the ability to travel for long-term onsite

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience
• Experience with MV duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, or campus distribution systems for data centers
• Experience with Primavera, HCSS, etc.
• Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel and commit to long term onsite projects

Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a large, complex project or multiple large projects
• Oversee from proposal/bidding through profitable completion with emphasis on safety
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and field operations to meet schedule and budget
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across MV duct banks, substations, and campus distribution systems
