Job summary
Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to plan, monitor, and manage strategic projects from inception through completion.
This role secures resources, and uses formal processes to manage resources, budgets, risk, and changes with accountability for project success and profitability within the region. This position supports data center and mission critical projects focusing on medium voltage duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus distribution
Qualifications
- 10+ years of related experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Experience with MV duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, campus distribution for data center projects.
- Experience with project management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.).
- Ability to travel 50% to project sites across the US.
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and manage strategic projects/programs from inception through completion.
- Secure required resources and use formal processes to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
- Ensure project success and profitability within the region.
- Provide direction and leadership with strong verbal and written communication.
