Job summary

Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate large, complex projects from bidding through to successful, on-time completion. This role focuses on medium voltage duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus distribution systems.

You will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while guiding cross-functional teams and managing client expectations on site. A strong leader with 10+ years' experience is desired.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience with MV duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission or campus distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple large projects.
• Oversee the proposal/bidding process to meet client expectations.
• Ensure profitable completion with emphasis on safety performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and teams to drive project success.
