Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead phases of large, complex projects focused on MV duct banks, substations, and campus distribution systems.

You’ll drive proposals, bidding, and execution with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of related experience, PM software proficiency (Primavera/HCSS), and a willingness to travel to long-term onsite projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in project management.
• Experience with MV duct banks, substation feeds, or campus distribution systems.
• Experience with Primavera or similar PM software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to onsite projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple large projects.
• Oversee proposal, bidding, and fulfillment to meet client expectations.
• Emphasize safety performance and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
