Michels Underground Cable, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to plan, monitor, and manage strategic projects from inception through completion, ensuring resource allocation, budgets, risk management, and regional profitability.

This role focuses on MV duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus distribution systems for data centers. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive project success, and communicate with stakeholders across nationwide sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with MV duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, or campus distribution systems for data centers.
• Proficiency with project-management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.).
• Ability to travel 50% to project sites across the US.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage strategic projects/programs from inception through completion.
• Secure required resources and use formal processes to manage scope, budgets, risks, and changes.
• Ensure project success and profitability within the region; lead and communicate with stakeholders.
