Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to plan, monitor, and manage strategic projects from inception through completion, securing resources and using formal processes to control budgets, risks, and changes.

The role focuses on data center and mission critical projects, with emphasis on MV duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus distribution. Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, and travel up to 50% across the US are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with MV duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, or campus distribution systems for data center.
• Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.).
• Ability to travel 50% to project sites across the US.
• Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
