The candidate must manage 8–10 projects concurrently, with homes ranging up to $525k–$625k, and demonstrate strong communication with customers and team members. Local office focus with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Experience managing 8–10 projects concurrently with homes valued up to $525–625k.
• 4+ year proven track record of operations & project leadership in new construction.
• Strong team-building and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure the highest satisfaction.
• Site management from design/pre-con through contracting to c/o, with safety and scheduling oversight.
• Ensuring budget and schedule are met while closely monitoring construction quality.
