Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC, a regional single-family home builder, is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent to lead on-site construction in Monroe/Charlotte, NC. You will oversee design, pre-construction, subcontractor selection, and execution, ensuring safety, coordination, and timely turnover.

Candidate must have 4+ years in new residential construction, experience managing 8–10 homes with values up to $525–625k, and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Proven ability to manage 8–10 projects simultaneously on high-end home prices.
• 4+ years of operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Strong customer/owner communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure high satisfaction.
• Manage construction site from design through turnover, including subs selection and scheduling.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining build quality.
