Job summary

KLA Industries in Monroe/Charlotte NC is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent for new custom-home construction. This onsite/multi-site role oversees planning and scheduling of subcontractors to execute builds on homeowners' properties.

The candidate will manage 8–10 projects at once, require 4+ years in residential construction, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership to ensure budget, schedule, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Manage 8–10 projects concurrently with homes up to $525–625k.
• 4+ years of proven operations and project leadership in New Construction.
• Strong team-building and excellent customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Site management from design & pre-con to contracts, safety and scheduling through c/o.
• Ensuring budget & schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
