Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Project Manager in Atlanta to serve as the primary liaison between clients and our Creative/Production team. You will oversee scheduling, estimating, job detail collection, tracking, and invoicing while ensuring proactive communication and flawless execution.

The role requires organizing multiple projects across timelines, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Background in premedia/print industries.
• Excellent Mac computer skills; ability to learn new programs.
• Strong proactive, collaborative approach and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day liaison between clients and internal creative and production teams.
• Manage projects including scheduling, estimating, job tracking, and invoicing.
• Promote excellent customer service through proactive communications on project status.
• Assemble resources required to implement a client campaign.
• Enter and track data related to work components in the client project tracking system.
• Lead day-to-day management to meet client expectations and project milestones.
